Issue
You are trying to connect to the Wi-Fi but are receiving an error prompt telling you "Can't connect to network".
Environment
Microsoft Windows. This issue is more common with newer Windows 11 devices.
Resolution
- Go to your Wi-Fi Settings, find ECCompany_Private, right click and select "Forget"

- Then, type "Network Reset" in your Windows search bar, and select the Network Reset option in System Settings.

- Select "Reset now"

- The system will restart in 5 minutes automatically, but you can manually restart your computer to save time.
- Once your computer has restarted, find an Ethernet/Hard-line connection to the office network. Once you have connected to the Ethernet, you should see your computer connected to e-c-co.com.
- Then try connecting to the ECCompany_Private or Guest network again. You should be able to connect.
