Issue
Not seeing the Dynamics 365 button on your Outlook? Check these settings to make sure it the app is enabled.
Environment
This article applies to NEW Outlook (not the old version)
Resolution
- Click the View Tab and click on the "View settings" gear cog.
- Then under the Mail tab, go to Customize actions
- Make sure Dynamics 365 box has a check mark on it, then click "Save"
- After that, you should see a Dynamics icon when you open an email. Reference photo below:
- Done!
