Issue
Emails that you send from your phone are showing the default signature "Get Outlook for iOS" or "Get Outlook for Android"
Environment
Outlook Application for Android and iOS
Resolution
- In your Outlook inbox, click on your Profile Picture icon. If you don't have a Profile Picture, it may show your initials.
- Once the side menu opens up, click the gear cog on the bottom left.
- In Settings, Scroll down till you see "Signature" under the "Mail" options.
- You are welcome to include your own signature here. If you don't have a preference, our recommended default signature is the following - "Sent from your trusted partner of choice, EC Electric."
- Once done, click check mark on the top right of the window.
- Done
