Issue
Continually receiving browser windows with Microsoft Connect Test (msftconnecttest.com) pop up when changing Internet connection, or when signing into Cato VPN.
Environment
Microsoft Windows, Web Browser Window
Resolution
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator
- Type in the following prompts one at a time, followed by the "Enter" key.
- netsh int ip reset
- netsh winsock reset
- ipconfig /flushdns
- Restart your computer, and try things out again to see if the connect test stops popping up.
