Issue

Android Phone Not Receiving Group Text Photo's (MMS). You are in a group chat and receiving messages but when someone sends a photo, you do not receive it.

Resolution

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Apps
  3. Find "Google Play Store" and click on it.
  4. On the top right with the 3 vertical dots, click, and select "Uninstall updates"
