New MIS Equipment Guide

  1. Please open your laptop/tablet as well as your phone if you have one.
  2. Once everything is turned on, please call MIS @ (503) 552-5500 between the hours of 7am – 4pm PST, M-F for:
    • Password – This is for your email, Teams, ECCompany Private Wifi, anything Microsoft related, and your computer login
    • PIN – This is strictly for your phone.
    • You can access our Knowledge Base for articles that we’ve created that can help you with common issues as well as the Transferring Data section below. Please visit https://ecpowerslife.com and go to Employee Portal towards the bottom, then MIS Self Service Portal, then Client Portal, then towards the top you’ll click on Knowledge Base.
    • Transferring Data – If you need guidance on what to do, please visit the Knowledge Base and read the following articles:
      • Microsoft OneDrive: OneDrive Basics - How to use OneDrive (transferring data between computers)
      • Cellphone & Tablet (Android: Smart Switch - How to Use Smart Switch to Transfer Data to Another Phone or Tablet (transferring data between phones)
    • Service – Most of the time, this just requires swapping the SIM card from the old phone and into the new one. The Smart Switch Guide mentions this in the Knowledge Base as well.
