  3. Take the other end of the telephone cable and plug it into the phone port on the back of the telephone unit. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  4. Next, take one end of the Ethernet cable and plug it into the Internet port.
    - If you have a docking station with an Ethernet cable already, you can unplug the Ethernet from your docking station and plug it directly into the phone. If you don't have an Ethernet into your docking station already, we will cover this later. You can use the Ethernet cable provided to plug into the PC port on the back of the Phone unit and connect it to your docking station. This will use the network connection from your phone to supply network access to your computer. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  5. Take the plastic phone stand and line it up with the horizontal grooves on the back of the phone. Reference the picture below on the correct orientation. You will then slide the end pieces into the grooves and slide it to the right. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
Once done, it should look like this. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  6. Now you will plug the other end of the Ethernet cable into an Ethernet wall jack at your desk. The phone should start up.
    - If the phone doesn't start up, you should try using a different ethernet wall port at your desk or verify your wall ports are connected to the network. If you need assistance, contact your office manager.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  7. Once the phone has started up you will be brought to a screen where you can select your language, followed by the timezone. Select your preferred settings. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  8. You will then reach a screen indicating to go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin. Click "Refresh code" on the phone and enter the code shown in the webpage, followed by selecting your work account or typing in your work email and password credentials.

  9. If you reach a screen asking to sign into Microsoft Authentication Broker, select "Continue" Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  10. Your phone will then pass through a series of loading screens, followed by triggering a Microsoft Authenticator notification on your company cellphone. You must approve or enter the code provided on your phone. This will register the phone to your Microsoft account. The phone will then show a few more loading screens as it continues the setup process. You will reach a screen where you will select "Got it" and finish the setup. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  11. Additionally, you can now take a separate Ethernet cable and plug it into the "PC" port on the back of the Phone unit and connect it to your computer or docking station. This will connect your computer to the EC Network through the phone, giving you a Hard Line connection. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  12. Congratulations, your phone is now connected to your Microsoft Teams account and is ready to use!
